Finding new office space for your business can be a complicated and time-consuming task, especially when there's the added stress of having to find a new office before your current lease expires. There are a lot of things to consider when touring potential office properties and important things can often get overlooked.

Don't forget to check for the following issues when touring potential offices:
Location
Is it in an area you are already familiar with? Are you satisfied that the location offers suitable amenities (transport links, access to shops etc.). Is the location an up-and-coming part of town - what development is planned over the coming years to regenerate the area? Does the location give the right impression to visitors about your company?
Lobby
Not all businesses require a lobby area, but for those who do, it represents the first impression visitors are likely to get when they walk through the door. Does it provide you with the space to seat your visitors and offer a welcoming atmosphere?

Having a panoramic view of the city is a rare find unless you are prepared to pay full wack on office rent in the heart of the city. But the outlook of the property plays an important role in staff morale and productivity so place close attention to what the focal point is in the office when you look out of a window.
Flexibility
