Moving into your new offices after all the planning and preparation can be a pretty anticlimactic affair if you don't organize some kind of celebration. Celebrating your office move is a great way to show off your brand new offices to clients and reveal your new image.
Here's some ideas to celebrate your office:
Celebrate Office Move with Staff
If you don't have the budget to host a big party with clients, you could just hold a drinks reception for your staff in the new offices. A celebration of this sort will boost staff morale, make them feel important and valued and also makes staff feel more at home in their new working environment.
It doesn't need to be anything grand, if you don't have the budget (after all the costs of moving office!) just some drinks and nibbles and a great opportunity for your staff to socialize.
Host a New Office Opening Party
Opening parties can be lots of fun - and a great way to make a splash about your new office! Invite clients and business associates to show off your newly found offices and make a toast to the future. Creating the right first impression with your new office is an important, and you will want to showcase your new office design with a grand opening of your new office.
Invite your new Neighbors
Who says that you only invite people you know to a party? Put a notice on your office building, invite your new neighbors and have an open house! It's a great way to network with potential new business associates and make some long lasting business connections.
