Get agreement and sign-off from all parties involved within your organization (making sure you incorporate IT considerations into the plan).
General Contracting Team
When hiring your Office Build out team, make sure you have close liaison with the project manager at all times throughout the process. Make regular visits to the site to check progress and ensure deadlines are being met. You'll also want to keep a close eye on whether the quality of the build out meets your requirements. If it's not, then you must speak to your project manager - as it's all too late once work is completed.
